Dept : Contact Center
Desired Qualifications : Graduate (Minimum)
Location : Mumbai
Level : Assistant Manager
Shift Timing : Fixed Shift 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Sunday Fixed Off and second off shuffles between Friday and Saturday.
Annual Salary of the Job: From 1.7 Lacs to 2.5 Lacs + incentive + joining bonus
Job Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East)
Experience - 0-3 Years
Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
*Ensure customer 'delight' and consistent service experience.
*Out call customer who have shown interest in kotak bank via. online campaigns and generate a sales lead for the sales team.
*Outcall existing customers of kotak mahindra bank.
Reporting to : Team Leader - Customer Care
Skills:
*Good communication skills

*Good command over English
*Customer Orientation
*Working knowledge of computers
